And I'll have a go at your's: ride in a sleigh: Break of Hearts drive horse and carriage: A Woman Rebels, Without Love, The Sea of Grass (did she actually drive one in TCIG?) sleep in a lower berth: Without Love give a cigarette to a child: Summertime drink a sazerac: State of The Union (LOL! That is the BEST part of the movie, right there. ;D ) ride a bike: The Corn Is Green, Break of Hearts

Shakespeare: Does Morning Glory count? ;D Um... Desk Set? Eat straw?... perhaps Spitfire? lol I'm guessing here. Arrange flowers: Stage Door -- Alice Adams (coursages count no? ) Taking down of the hair: The Lion in Winter! *thank you Judy* ;D I need to pay more attention to the trivial stuff!

Can't a girl go to bed without missing a whole new thread? And a great thread it is too, Judy She had her hair down in Mrs Delafield too, although I don't think we actually saw her take it down -more like put it up afterwards....? Have to go, as I'm at work - drat, I'm going to miss another 1000 posts before I get home tonight

Aw, Karina. But isn't it nice to come here and see that people have actually posted? It is a bit time-consuming when you have to go through pages of posts after missing a couple days though.

Don't forget The Rainmaker! She took her hair down in that too.
when did she kick a basket of clothes off the table?
when did she tip over a couch?
Oh and this has been bugging the heck out of me! For anyone who has seen the Anthony Hopkins tribute on TCM, what movie is that clip from where Kate's head is tilted slightly upward, with the wind blowing her hair? I know it's from one of her 30's films, but I can't figure out which one.

Hair down in Summertime too. Judy - was Catherine's the correct answer for the straw eating?
Shaun - have to think about your questions, the old brain cells are slowing down.

HAHAHAHA Catherine you're a god!! ;D Bow to Catherine!! when did she kick a basket of clothes off the table: Spitfire! I had to do some thinking on this one, too. When did she tip over a couch: Holiday..with Cary (man, I take back when I said I would choose BUB over S/K. It's definitely Holiday!) Oh, and Shaun. The clip is from A Woman Rebels.

I...I don't know what to say. I'm God! So, I shall be expecting grapes and a fan any moment now. A colosseum in my name would be nice, too. ;D
In what movie/s did Kate:
Take off her jewelry
Swim/wade through water
Almost knock over a vase

For some reason, my computer is not allowing me to respond to a particular poster's question, so I need someone to give me a tutorial about this forum....When I go to read a particular thread like In What Movie Did Kate.... I can see the posts but there is no way to reply to individual posts. I seem to only be albe to do that if I happen to read the post as one of the last 10 messages posted. Is that making any sense? Anyway, I don't know where this reply will show up, but...
Ate straw?... I was thinking the barn scene in Adam's Rib
Arrange flowers: Yes to Stage Door and maybe even Alice Adams. But I was thinking Keeper of the Flame
Taking down of the hair: I guess I should have called this HAD her hair down instead of taking it down. Cause then all these apply - Lion in Winter, Rainmaker, Summertime, Delafield. Pat and Mike (when she goes to bed)
