Two of the very best actors were born on the same day. Gregory Peck and Melvyn Douglas were also born on this day but they wouldn't fit in the title. Happy birthdee to you all!

HAPPY BIRFDAY A VERITABLE CORNICOPIA OF PEOPLE I LOVE! ps, have any of you seen the new Spotlight for Spencer that Burt Reynold's narrates on TCM, yet? It's... sad. Beautiful. Eloquent. And he says things in it that I have yet to see paraphrased on TCM in the many years that I have been glued to it. It seems TCM shys away from Spencer... or at least in the last few years they have. But hey, there's so many talented people that need their air time, too. I'm sure back in 1994 the programmers must have been scrammbling for which of his films to air. AND THERE'S A NEW CANDID OF KATH AND HIM THAT I HAD YET TO SEE UNTIL LAST NIGHT. They're not doing anything special (what else is new ) - just sitting in chairs opposite each other and Kate looks tired and is in fetal position and Spence is smiling at her... I think. Maybe I made that up, I don't know. Cuuuuuute. But this broke my heart: "I was walking with him on the set one day and asked him 'You're so perfect at so many things, is there anything you aren't good at?' and he answered, 'Life.'" Um. Can we say tragic? That makes me want to crawl into a ball and cry like a newborn. But anyway, it's ya'lls' birthday so WHOOOO!!!!!!

Dang I wish I had seen that! Was it after Father of the Bride? I saw that one yesterday. Or Pat and Mike? I hope they do a new Spotlight segment for Kate in May. Maybe Lauren Bacall could narrate. I still haven't seen the one Cher did by the way.

I hope I come across that segment soon. If anybody by chance happens to record it, please find a way to share it.
