Martha: "Witch" is a very common way to pronounce "which" by non-English people I had noticed the misspelling but am reluctant about modifying any misspellings (or posts for that matter) - especially those of others - because: 1) Don't we all now and then misspell Am certain I do ;D LOL 2) We are here for fun and sharing!! 3) We are members on a board with people from all over the world - so if there weren't any misspellings - it would be a wonder 4) Modifying can IMO make very insecure - there should be room for everyone and mistakes!! Have changed it today - on your request I would prefer - if such changes should be made in the future - to ask the poster to modify it on their own in a PM Not sure what the others think?? .... But I believe it is/suggest it as - the better way!!

"pm" in future it shall be for similar commentary .......

S'okies, Martha! I was bothered by it, too. As if the thread was starring in Bedknobs and Broomsticks.

You can see Shirley Booth (Liz) and Van Heflin (Mike) also in the photo.

Slightly OT but I swear I heard this somewhere- did she date Van Heflin for a while, or am I just crazy? As for gowns...for a costume in general, this gorgeous number from The Sea of Grass. It's lovely...and Kate looks amazing in it, of course!(Sorry for low quality- am screencapping using Youtube and that Firefox capture thing.) And then to actually wear, the backless one from the New Year's Scene in Break of Hearts:

I suspect she was in the complete B'way run - and if so, this could be her understudy - but she may not have been on the tour - and if so, this is her replacement. Judy

At least it really doesn't look like her to me.
