Nope neither of those dolls resembles Kate. Is the first one supposed to be from Little Women?

the first one has also dark hair...that Kate certainly didn't have.and the second one has too big eyes.

i always liked the various shots of kate with toy giraffe from HOLIDAY in this 'doll' vein ... and in this case, the comparison is kate's (and her character susan's) joke ..

Now these two doesn't resemble either Kate nor Boggie - but they are cute  Hepbearn and Beargart ;D   And Miss Hepbearn is even cuter when she wears her floppy hat like the one Kate wore in AQ. I was lucky enough to win a Hepbearn last year on e-Bay. She sits in a place of honor in my home office.

i always liked the various shots of kate with toy giraffe from HOLIDAY in this 'doll' vein ... and in this case, the comparison is kate's (and her character susan's) joke ..  Her character's name in Holiday was Linda Seton. She was Susan Vance in Bringing Up Baby. But, yes, it was clever to have Kate and the toy giraffe -- both thin of face and "spotted" pose cheek to cheek.

I own both those bears. (Kate with her floppy hat!) Left them at home after moving to uni, but they're adorable. Beargart is so cute in the little machinist costume.
