I saw it about 20 years ago on British TV, so can't remember too much about it. I taped it, as I did with all of her films that were shown on TV in those days, but haven't had chance to watch it recently. Her voice had that "metallic" quality common to her early films, and the storyline was a bit stodgy, but it was very interesting to see her in her first screen role and to watch out for the way Cukor filmed her making her entrance running down the stairs, which I'd read so much about beforehand.

There is a section at the TCM website where anyone can request a classic film to be shown and I requested "A Bill of Divorcement" about a year ago, I think. Looks like they fulfilled my request...

Each DVD includes Hollywood Remembers Katharine Hepburn - which I think is a treat - however not as good as the one from the tcm site.

Got the DVD Bill of Divorcement years ago at eBay - and as I now realize it was from dvdgo ;D
