Thanks charliesgirl! I love the show. I basically like all episodes as long as they have Jaclyn Smith and Kate Jackson. I think when Kate left it went a bit loopy but I love all of the shows where old Angels guest star (and lets face it, there are alot of those).
Court that show sounds awesome!!! Naww Bogie and Betty. They were definately a hot couple. I assume Brangelina **cringes** were number 1 ..

Desperate Housewives, I think 4th/5th season, the "girls" see one of the characters, Katherine Myfair and Lynette says "Here she is, Katherine of arrogance!" Of course I immediately thought of Kate! Wasn't it one of her "nicknames"?

Cheryl and Jackie will be on the TVland awards in april if you get it down under.

Another Simpsons, last week's episode- while unconscious Bart envisions a series of famous screen kisses (From Here to Eternity, Ghost, GWTW, Sammy Davis Jr on All in the Family, etc) and one of them is On Golden Pond. Cute. Is there any pop culture thing they haven't covered?

Charliesgirl, thaaanks I'll have to YouTube it after the fact. Why ask such a silly question, of course we don't get it! haha I can't believe we got the Oscars this year after being stunned to find out that we didn't get The Golden Globes or the Grammy's! Outrageous. The stations simply mustn't get the ratings needed for the advertisers.

That's my favorite thing ever and was one of the two videos I had on my ipod before that thing got itself lost. The other video was the "Cuban Pete" number from I Love Lucy. SO MUCH LOVE IN MY HEART. I apparently was on a Lucy kick that day.

Really quick, ya'll, but Raquel Welch is the Guest Programmer on TCM tonight, and this is her line-up:
AR - 8 PM Mr. Smith Goes to Washington - 10 PM Breakfast at Tiff's - 12:15 PM To Have and Have Not - 2 PM...ish.
KICKASS WOMEN ON FILM [SANS BAT]!
(I wonder is she'll discuss that time she was failtastic at being Tess Harding.)

KICKASS WOMEN ON FILM [SANS BAT]! (I wonder is she'll discuss that time she was failtastic at being Tess Harding.) I saw her fail (my view) at being Tess Harding. I think it's a riot that she'll be introducing To Have and Have Not, and from the promos it seems she'll be commenting on her idol/mentor - Bacall. WTF? Whether real or manufactured, when Bacall took a vacay from Woman of the year and she replaced her temporartily (and then later, permanently) there WAS a lot of to-do about how p.o.'d Miss Bacall was. I gotta say, I saw her do the part (and saw Bacall do it many, many times) and - though she got lotsa raves from critics who seemed blinded by her attributes - I really, really did not like her in it. Hell, Bacall wasn't right for it either but I guess she was trying to make lightning strike twice and it was, after all, Kander and Ebb, and she was, after all Lauren Bacall. So if you buy the premise....I saw Bacall do it in Boston, pre-B'way, then saw her do it on B'way many, many times. I mean, many. Nothing like seeing a star onstage. And she's definitely that. I also saw her in Applause and IMO Woman of the Year didn't compare. Where Margo Channing fit her like a glove - even a musical one - Tess Harding, I'm afraid did not. Still she is/was a trip to see onstage. I'm rambling, but then I've just come from watching two people who fit their parts perfectly - as Adam and Amanda. And now I'm going to watch Clarissa and Jefferson Smith....

I think the Glee Madonna ep had a KH ref. In the very begining Sue says 'Better than Katharine the Great'. She was talking about actresses I'm asumming it was Kate lol.
FYI It was a great ep if anyone likes Glee.
