This is how Amber wiles away her time. TAKE THAT, IMAGINARY CRITICS OF KATE'S FACE! JUST LOOK AT THIS CREATURE. THE RATIO OF HER NOSE LENGTH TO HER EAR LENGTH IS NEARLY IDEAL, PEOPLE. THE REST OF US MAY TAKE HOURS IN FRONT OF THE MIRROR JUST SO WE DON'T LEAVE THE HOUSE LOOKING LIKE MODERN-DAY PROMETHEI, BUT THIS PERFECT SPECIMEN OF HORIZONTAL SYMMETRY WOULD WAKE UP EVERYDAY ALREADY ~*FLAWLESS*~. PFFFT, WHAT IS THIS BUSINESS ABOUT HER NOSE BEING TOO WIDE FOR HER MOUTH? SHUT UP, SHE DOESN'T NEED TO ANSWER TO YOUR IDEAS OF ~BEAUTY~ RECOGNITION. WIDE NOSTRILS ARE ALL THE BETTER TO BREATHE IN THE FRESH AIR, ANYWAY. I BET THOSE NOSE HOLES SUCKED IN MORE FRESH AIR THAN THE ENTIRE CITY OF PITTSBURGH THROUGH THE YEARS 1920-2000. IN FACT, HER CHROMOSOMES LINED UP IN SUCH AN AESTHETICALLY PLEASING MANNER THAT SCULPTORS TO THIS DAY ARE DYING TO CARVE HER VISAGE INTO EXPENSIVE MARBLE. IT'S KATHARINE HOUGHTON HEPBURN, YOU LOWLY PLEBIANS. CHISELED BY THE GODS SINCE 1907.What even. I'm going outside.

(She did have GREAT BIG fish eyes, though. Sorry, Katty, but I still like 'em!)

... ... ... ...okay.
Got to agree (mostly) with that thing though, she was gorgeous and had some wicked nostrils.

.........................................Yes.
(Clearly the above was written in extreme hyperbole format. I don't actually talk like an emphatic CAPSLOCK-Y psycho; it's just an Internet meme. *herp derp*)

No, don't destroy my illusions! I totally imagined you talking like that in real life...haha. As for that thing...here's Mr Tracy, using this photo (it is incredibly difficult to find a picture of him facing forward): entimg.msn.com/i/150/Movies/Actors2/Hepburn_DP88099989_150x2001.jpgYou are a 6.95 out of 10. Here's why: Your face has poor horizontal symmetry. Your ears are too long for your nose. Your innerocular distance is too small for your eyes. Your nose is too narrow for your face width. The ratio of your face length to face width is nearly ideal. Your mouth is too wide for your nose. ...ouch. Guess she was out of his league after all- the website says so!

See!? She IS beautiful! I hate when people say that she was not beautiful just because she wasn't a 'typical beauty'. So what? I actually prefer her type of beauty than most women who are 'ideal beauties'. I think she's prettier than Jayne Mansfield, for example.

Kate Hepburn and Barbra Streisand. Why did I have to choose these girls as my faves. It would have been so much easier if I liked Marilyn Monroe haha but alas, it was not meant to be!
Don't you think she's more beautiful because she's not a-typical? p.s. Amber, if you don't talk all CAPSLOCKY in real life - no. We'll just pretend you do. Shh. "Shut, close!" as my maths teacher used to say (he was new to English and it was very cute. I assume he meant 'be quiet').
You know who I always thought was so underrated for her beauty? Elizabeth Montgomery. Don't you rekon she's pretty much annoyingly perfect? I want her nose. Oy vey.. LOL
My internet connection is so shite right now that I can't even see your picture you speak of LOL but I can imagine. I always notice a great nose, I'm sure, doesn't Kath have a great nose? I love her sad mouth. Her eyes are a little small but nothing a good eyeliner and trademark false lashes can't fix. And I mean, with that eye colour, who the hell cares. And what woman wouldn't want to be genetically blessed with those cheek bones. Hello! That's what they INVENTED contouring and highlighting for! Hello, blush! Oy.
Okay, I'm going now before this turns into a Miss America appreciation speech.

Well, I could always *record* myself talking about Kate, and then you could make your own decision, if in fact I do sound CAPSLOCKY. I'm quite possibly the opposite of the Caps Lock Bar in real life, but you guys can continue to dream the dream! Oh, and Jess, I was MORE THAN FAIR in which picture I chose for her: www.ciakhollywood.com/biografie/khepburn/katherine%20hepburn.jpg (This is one of my Top 5 Favorite pictures, ever. She doesn't look like a crud or a stealthy ninja or a 14-year-old boy or a hobo---just a nice lady smiling like a nice lady does, wearing nice lady clothes.) I've been obsessed with Kate's nose for like, a decade, as I think she had the most perfect profile in all of Hollywood. Robert Taylor officially carried that title, but I think Kate most certainly was the female version. And Liz Montgomery is PRECIOUS. Her's was the first death I remember mourning. Go figure.

I see the picture now! That's a great natural looking one.
Her eyes aren't really as small as I thought. She's got a great eye shape, quite wide.. although the lashes help with that illusion.
I like her eyebrows. Luckily for her they didn't shave them off and say 'here's a pencil' like they did with poor Lucille who had to draw hers on for the rest of her life. The woes of RKO.
When my internet comes back to normal I'd love to do this with other peeps. I wonder if there is a perfect face out there. Espesh one of our fave girls, that would be cool! I'd love to see one of Betty.

I think she had the most perfect profile in all of Hollywood. Oh yes! The Great Profile! Forget Robert Taylor and John Barrymore! Kate certainly had the most beautiful profile ever. I've always thought so. Her nose is perfect and I love the way her high cheekbones make a great contrast with her mouth. Gorgeous.

She sure is. My favourite shot of her, the one I think she is most beautiful is in The Philadelphia Story, in the scene with Jimmy. And she was sexy too.
