This book has some wonderful photographs of Katharine including a photograph of her at the 1974 Oscars .
One of my personal favourites is a rare picture of Katharine and Spencer sitting together and they both have scripts in their hands .
Its early 1940's and Katharine has her hair in a gorgeous sort of 1940's style - wavy and pulled back .

Oh! This is a book I've been meaning to get but keep forgetting about it. I just ordered A Bill of Divorcement on Amazon for $15 which is awesome considering the last time I looked it was something like $35. . . Can't wait to get it!

Its got some great photographs . I think people who haven't looked at early photographs of Katharine forget how beautiful she was - I bet it took Spencer 5 seconds to catch on .
Sometimes your hear about people who are very good looking and it becomes a great burden to them because they are always getting unwanted attention . I don't think that was the case with Katharine - I think she was comfortable with men and also knew how to deal with those situations

Just a thought - looking through this book reminded me that you sometimes see Katharine in a sub genre of photograph and I have been at least 3 shots where Katharine is in the middle of the photograph and she is the only woman in the whole cast and crew of the picture . Usually in these photographs they are all looking at Katharine.
Working with a whole group of men all day would be enjoyable but I can also imagine that Katharine might have also liked some female company to balance things out - I know Katharine worked with female producers and directors - what do other people think?
