what a lovely film. judy is luminous in it .. and lancaster was a producer too, right? had a personal interest in the subject matter of the film. sensitive performances by many. and gena rowlands and john cassavettes in to the bargain! ... beautiful

How did Lancaster have a personal interest in the matter?
Do you know how or why Martha?

i've been searching for details to quote. my (possibly faulty) memory was that he had a child or a relative with some kind of mental deficiency .. but i could well be wrong. .. this fact at an rate is not prominent in any of lancaster's biographies i'm finding on line. so perhaps i'm wrong on this detail.

"Hollywood then and Now" was so freaky! A very good job done by whoever made it.
"Please Remember" could be improved but I imaging they haven't made many videos. The photos at the begining could have been really powerful if they had panned in or out or faded in and out. But the song is beautiful so you don't notice the video too much. The footage they use from movies is beautifully constructed.
"Kisses" would have been good if they gave us some more stars! But it was entertaining for Jimmy Stewart, Cary Grant and James Cagney fans!

Thank you very much! I think that someday I will have to reupload it. Maybe something happened to the sound during the file conversion? And the funny thing is that I made it about two weeks ago and since then I have seen a bunch of films that I keep wishing I could add. hehe
