I was going through Clark Gable's page in IMDB and found out that the actress who played Bonnie in GWTW died... She died last week at the age of 76. RIP Cammie King Conlon.

RIP Bonnie Blue It's always sad to see the casts of great movies die off...I think Ann Rutherford and Olivia DeHavillland are the only ones left from GWTW, and Madeleine LeBeau is the last surviving cast member of Casablanca...it's the end of something, you know?

Yeah...I'm always so sad when an old movie actor/actress dies... It's like, when they're alive, there's a link between you and the old movies, it's like part of The Golden Age is still here, you know... So, when they die, part of it dies too. Of course, obviously The Golden Age will never die, but you know what I mean... But luckily, there are still quite a few people from the old movies who are still alive.

I like the movie. I agree that Kate should not have been in it; I would have liked Scarlett more, just because she would be playing her. I despised Scarlett played by Vivien Leigh. And maybe that's how she was supposed to be portrayed. I hated her, I hated the ending, I hated every character but Mammy and yet I still adore the movie as a whole. If that's not considered a good picture, I'm not sure what is. And I agree that with the dying of a golden era star, a little piece of history just passes along with them
