Awww. Oh dear. I was thinking about her today, too. :/ She is a great favorite of my Nonnie's.

Whoa. I visited The Ronald Reagan Presidential Library and Museum in Simi Valley this past weekend, and Wyman was married to Reagan for 8 years; from 1940-1948. I also watched her in Alfred Hitchcock's STAGE FRIGHT not too long ago. I've always liked her, even from the very first time I saw her, which was also in THE LOST WEEKEND. I've never seen JOHNNY BELINDA, but now it seems the perfect time to do so more than any.
I hope Joan Fontaine and Olivia de Havilland live to be 100. Losing one of these sisters would just kill me. I adore them both.
As long as we're on the subject, it should also be noted that the long-distinguished character actor Charles Lane died recently at the age of 102.

I didn't know her well, but I'm sorry for this lost. It's so sad that everyone has to die and you see all these people die and you can do nothing...even if they lived a long and full life, like Katharine.
It's always a great loss.
