Hey Cate, I don't know if it's just that picture or always but I don't think I ever mentioned, every time I look at it I think it's Bridget Marquardt. And whether you like her or not, it's a big compliment because she's just gorgeous. Don't know if anyone else has made the comparison?

Hi Jess  No, no one has ever mentioned that! I'll have to add that to my list lol I've gotten Britney Spears and Ashlee Simpson more than anything. . . Grr. But thanks for the compliment  PS I had to change the pic because it's at least 4 years old (whenever the last time I was on here! I know, I must have lost my mind somewhere during that period. But it's back. Kind of.) |

Special mention: On Golden Pond Kate´s Favorite performence: "Young Kate"--Linda Seton "Older Kate"---Ethel Thayer Comedy: Holiday and Adan´s rib, al the moment Drama: Suddenly, last summer How I become fan:I meet Kate Hepburn first time in Philadelphia Story, I was very younger and I sleept during the film. However, Katharine Hepburn´s name was first name of star of movie wich I learnt. A few year, laterr, I usually wacthed Kate´s movies because I love clasicc movies. Now, I can´t left to wacth those! ja, ja, ja,  Coments: I´m sorry for my english but my language is spanish. I don´t meet a forum about Kate in spanish language WHY? ;D I belive that I enjoy here... Well hey there everybody. I'm new here, and being new on a thread always makes me nervous but I'm sure I have no reason to be, so here we go with introductions NAME: Skye FAVORITE FILMS: The Philadelphia Story, Summertime, Holiday, Woman of the Year FAVORITE FILM OF ALL TIME: It's a toss up between The Wizard of Oz and The Emperor's New Groove (as you see, my brain makes no sense...) FAVORITE PERFORMANCE: COMEDY - The Philadelphia Story DRAMA - Summertime (that counts, right?) HOW I BECAME A FAN: It was probably about two months ago, tops. I'm a big Judy Garland fan, and that interest led me to watch That's Entertainment III, where they mention Kate and Spencer. Well I was intrigued, and TCM was having Kate featured for part of their "Summer with the Stars" promotion or what have you. So I recorded 4 or 5 of her movies and I've been absolutely hooked since COMMENTS - I'm happy to be here. I love Kate and look forward to getting to know more about her! |
