Um, Undercurrent! Just kidding. This is a tough one. Maybe Long Day's Journey Into Night but 1962 was a tough year. Lots of good performances there. Probably either The Philadelphia Story or Alice Adams.

If you could turn back time and could watch her in ONE stage performance - which one would you pick?:
Coco. Philadelphia Story is tempting but we already have the movie version so I'll go with Coco. I can't pass up Kate's only musical performance. However, some of those early plays where Kate played small parts would have been so fun to see, that is if when we do this turn-back-time thing we still have our present knowledge about the legend she would become.

Do you have a favorite Kate-scene in any movie?
The dinner scene in Alice Adams. The train scene in Without Love when she snuggles up against the window. That scene was engrained into my memory before I had even seen 5 KH movies. It was part of a promo on TCM.

I actually don't think she "forgot" Donahue's name, but rather it was her subtle way of sticking it to him for being an asshat to her throughout the entire interview. Kate's far too clever to let him basically abuse her in front of a camera and not serve him up a taste of his own medicine. ;D
