well, if i end up going ... we could meet up.. i'm sure i'm older than your mom where would you be traveling in ... from .. anyway? are you in college now somewhere upstate kiddo? I go to college in Buffalo, so I'd be leaving from here. Not a long trip at all, for goodness sakes. And now that I've finally arranged my classes it seems idiotic that I can't go to the city for a weekend to see my very favoritest person in history get thrown a shindig. I get the fact that I can get lost in my own backyard, but a bus ride? How could I get lost on a bus? I'm also unemployed because of school. So the no money thing isn't helping. My mommy would probably have me pay you for looking out for me in the city. WHAT BUNK! But what a nice offer, dear! ;D Wow. Excuse me as I materialize into a complete 4-year-old and throw a tantrum.

WAIT, WHEN IS THIS IN FEB?
Because, like, I need to know right now and I'm in a hurry and can't look this up or even read any of the previous posts.
I'M ALMOST TO THE POINT OF CONVINCING MOM THAT I HAVE TO GO. I don't care about school anymore. I can make up the work. Is this on a weekend? I know the whole Moral: Never Assume thing, BUT THIS IS VITAL. Cause that would be wicked lame if it was on a Tuesday at like, 10 AM. LAMEZ, I TELL YOU. Anybody! I have to go to the movies with my Mom and Aunt now, so someone just post or PM me the info or something or anything. I kind of need to know by tonight.
HI MAMA PANTSLESS LOVE YOOOOOOOOOOU. ::chucks a koala at you::

HI MAMA PANTSLESS LOVE YOOOOOOOOOOU. ::chucks a koala at you:: Wait...there's really no reason to get so excited....Well, yes there is: this is, after all, a sensational donation. But not to the point of giving yourself a heart attack.....From what I know, the library is planning to have lectures - do not know if this will be an ongoing series or one evening. But the really vital thing - the papers - though opening to the public in February - will always be there. Always. It's not like there will be one day and that's it. I'm only pointing this out since so many of you are getting apoplectic and twisted in knots trying to figure out how you will be able to knock your parents out and skip town. By all means come. But just know that you will be able to come at any time and see them, too. So relax and plan a trip.

Oh but Judy de-ah, there are reasons to give myself heart palpatations over this shindig next month. It would be my first trip by my ownsome. And I'd be able to hang out with one of my dearest friends. <3333 And, then uhm, we could truck Kathy [IF SHE GETS HER BUTT THERE]. Anthony Harvey! Catch a B-way play. Walk in Sardi's and order... a glass of water with a lime wedge. And we could pretend we're the Irish Mafia. And run up and down Turtle Bay,er, KH Place. It will ALWAYS be Turtle Bay to me, man. Let's discuss how that would be the BEST. TRIP. TO. NYC. EVER. All in a matter of 36 hours this will have to be done. So, it better darn well be one fancy dress evening. I'm still trying to find out a way that would be the cheapest for us. [This is all pending, Ambs. Don't get too hyper because it might not happen.] Shup, self. So you see, this would be incredibly important to me and would be in my memory book.

Ok, Amber.
You. Me. Throwing ourselves under the tires of Kathy's Volvo station wagon as she tries to escape.
You can't possibly tackle that collection by yourself, pal. You NEED me.
::tries to convince director and mrs. director to LET ME GOOOOOOO to NY because clearly I don't need to rehearse (hah) and I need this....educational.....opportunity for... theatrical....enrichment. Right? It's totally important for my future.
YEAH. MY FUTURE. I'D LIKE TO HAVE ONE. I'LL DIE IF I CAN'T GO.
And what's with the library people not telling us stuff? NOBODY ANSWERS IN THIS BUSINESS! ::rearranges some furniture::
To the old members of KtG: And you thought Amber was weird.
