I understand the attraction - Howard Hughes was a terrifically good looking man but I have always surprised that Katharine went out with somebody who had such differing political beliefs . I suspect that it wasn't important in the short term but it probably was in the long term

Said that if there were a needle in a haystack in China, he'd find it. Or something like that. Judy

The fact that she had a 27 year relationship with an actor. Kate tended to gravitate towards men with power like directors (Ford) and Howard Hughes. Was Tracy the only actor that Kate ever had a romantic interest in?

Heck that's just as good as a signed photograph! I'd love to have one of those but I'm always weary about buying autographs from ebay.

Shucks I didn't proofread carefully enough! That's what I get for not previewing my posts. ;D Does anyone else think that we've beaten this editing gag to death?

In truth, yes we have. Maybe we should bid farewell to the ol' funny, huh? I don't think that it's changeable.

I don't think I've had my fill of the editing gag either ;D Speaking of autographs on eBay, after saying I would never buy one, I've been so tempted with all of these letters that keep showing up. Eh. I won the Garson Kanin book for 75 cents (Why is there not a cent sign on the keyboard? I mean, how many times do we use ^ ? We could seriously replace that with the cent sign. Or even ><

Um, I KNOW! How annoying is it.
Aw don't you just love Betty. I wrote her and got two signed pictures back! This was only a few months ago. I have a friend who writes her all the time. I don't think she writes or reads fan mail but she will sign if you ask. I thought the exact same thing but haven't killed her yet, so it looks safe..
