Well, not small physically but small in bytes. Everytime I try to post a new avi or banner, it's so got dang huge the site won't let me post it.

I use irfanview - its free. With that program (small) you can change bmp-/gif- or even png-files into jpg (jpg-files are the smallest in size physically) or what you want. It does not interfear with Windows or change your programs so you should perhaps try it.

But here is something better - found these amazing screen caps s98.photobucket.com/albums/l255/days_caps/womanoftheyear/ some time ago: Made a slideshow with about 290 of them ;D only did they not fit the screen but that should be to solve now - think I have an idear thanks to this one above.
