I vaguely remember reading about this a while back- but here it is: news.google.com/newspapers?id=1IMjAAAAIBAJ&sjid=cXUFAAAAIBAJ&pg=1010,2596567&dq=katharine+hepburn&hl=en What do you think? As a play or movie. I have no idea how the play may differ from the film, but to be honest, I do think this is the most "Kate-able" of Davis' main roles. Although I do adore Davis in the role, too.

I think that Bette Davis would cry from her grave if we only think this possibility. I think that it referes a one play because I read ( in Bette Davis Biographic) that she insisted to Jack Wanner for do one film. The own Bette negotiated the rights, I belived it! Bette always thinks which was her best job...perhaps because she won Jack Wanner ajjajajaja

Although Bette did a great job, I think Kate would have been amazing as well. That reminds me, I gotta watch Dark Victory again. I haven't seen it in ages.
